ID this fish please

I bought this fish and was sold under the name yellow tang. I know its not a regular yellow tang cause its body and fins are different. Any help is appreciated :neutral:

Does it have a white spot at the base of his tail. That will tell you if it is a tang or not.

100% mimic tang. Good choice for a tank, overall. Doesn't get huge, and still pretty attractive as an adult.

Juvenile Yellow Mimic tang. They are beautiful fish when they mature!

Does it have a white spot at the base of his tail. That will tell you if it is a tang or not.

Also, to note, mimic tangs have a VERY tiny blade if at all. I never found the blade on mine but could see a tiny area where they could have been retracted.
