I believe it as a euphyllia parancora. It looks like the branching type. They are easier to keep than the ancora wall types.
 
Yes I guess the bicolor answers my question. It just had some teal heads goring on the bottom left. I just noticed this a couple weeks ago and thought it was kind of cool.
 
The true bi-color or splatter types are a choice color pattern. I have one a lot like yours. Each head and tentacle is unique, like a snow flake. No two are alike.
