ID this hitchhiker

While moving around one of our rocks we came across this little bugger. I think it might be a bristle worm after some googling..But not sure. Is this a bad guy or not? Worried us a little.. do you think there are more?

Bristle worms are usually a pinkish color.

Bristle worms can be good or bad. Part of the clean up crew. To many can mean you are over feeding. I mostly consider them good also. Unless they are plugging up the tube in my Paul B feeder! Better
