ID Tiny red worms

Hello, today i found these red worms. I couldn't get a better picture because they are tiny. They have a distinct red color and were moving like a worm. Does anyone have any idea what they are? Thank you!

planaria (flatworms)

… these aren’t so bad,
a mandy would take care of it…
or melanurus if your tank is big enough for one
