I'm not going to remove the bristle worm. I think it can live in there just fine and help with being part of the CUC.
i don’t like good or bad they can get of control ever bought a frag from home tank and coral dipped only to have a nation of bristle worms fall off, some things are better avoided

I'm not sure I understand what you're disagreeing with? A longer needle actually makes it easier to see where you're aiming when you're trying to inject the anemone? Have you ever tried? I find it to be really easy to spot inject using a needle and syringe.
Needle length and needle gauge are different things entirely. Think of gauge as "width", whereas in this case, 18 gauge or smaller (20, 22) would be ideal for the task.

Correct. Gauge is used for wire as well and the smaller the gauge, the thicker the wire (or in this case, the needle and therefore the bore). To use my method described above, you'll need a needle with a relatively large hole, like a 10 gauge.
