Id what is this breakout?

Hi litterally over night I have a ton of these things. They almost look like sacks with feeders on the end? They are all over my over flows only on the inside. There is a few on a inside of the tank. Semi freaking out.





Any help would be great.
 
Jesus thanks for the reply. Are they going to infest my tank? Anything that gets rid of them?
 
They come and go, i have them here and there in my sump. When I clean my sump they come off and reappear in some other place. Are you using RODI water?
 
Pineapple sponges usually from silicates being present, they are harmless.

Only thing mineral wise i've added is I just started the fauna marin color elements. Would that contain silicate?
 
Some things Ive read say they come from people not using RODI water but Im assuming it could be from anything. I wouldnt worry about it, you will see them come and go.
