Idaho DSB 155 Gallon Bow front reef tank

Hello everyone! My name is Shawn and I live in Idaho Falls, Idaho. I have not had an aquarium for almost 20 years. I just got a used 155 gallon bow front tank and stand and am starting the process of setting up a deep sand bed reef tank. I'm excited for all the advances in the hobby both in captive raised livestock availability and equipment. Things have changed a lot!!

Looks good! Can I ask why you’ve decided to go with a dsb?

Are you planning to run an external sump or hang on back filtration, skimmers, etc.?

Hey Shawn welcome to R2R!
I would go sump so much better and cleaner than HOB filters/skimmers.

if you dont want to drill it & I totally understand life reef make the best HOB overflow only one I would trust personally.
