I bought some zoanthids frag pack from iDeath before and one of the coral did not make the long trip, and was refunded right away. This winter I bought another frag pack and he remembered the one misfortune from the last shipment and like he said he will make it up to me on my next order. iDeath sure was true to his words and made up on my last order and I was very surprised, it was the best deal I ever had from anyone ever!
The package arrived on time and WoW!!! what a packaging genius, double insulated box, pack in an aluminum sealed package with strofoam inside surrounding the double plastic sealed bag. Inside the bag the frag is protected by a plastic cup secured with a thick rubber band for safety and to secure the plug inside the bag, also with a heat pack still warm inside the box. The zoas arrived all opened inside the bag, I can see the weather has no effect at all during the long trip. The best part which a lot of seller forgets are the names written on each bag. I truly appreciate the effort iDeath has put into this package and as a buyer this means a lot to me.
Best seller, best ad on R2R, best packaging, and most of all best communication. Thank you so much, you have made it so easy for a buyer like me to not worry about anything and the corals will come in just fine and happy.
