I don't think I've seen one with 3 stripes. Maybe a color variation or a mix. I'm no clownfish expert though. I may be a common thing.
 
thanks. just read that juvies do have 3 stripes. It was sold as a Tomato but I think it is a Cinnamon though.
 
I don think there is a way to tell for sure. I'd call it whichever name you prefer to say. :) I think the tomato has a darker pectoral fin sometimes but that is a 100% way to identify.
 
I would say Cinnamon, since the pectoral fins are black, but I don't know about the stripes. My Cinnamon never had 3 stripes.
Almost looks like a cinnamon clarkii.
