Identify this Polyp????

I got this small piece of live rock with a small colony of some sort of polyps looks like. Are they Green Star Polyps just not that green?
Also, GSP Is a soft coral correct?

Definitely GSP, give it some light and 2-4 weeks and it’ll look really good! Accidentally left a frag in a dark box with cycling rock For a month after I bought a neglected tank off Craigslist. Looked even worse than yours, here’s what it looks like today! It’s been a month and a half.
