My heart sank when I read the words ‘updated from Kessil 360’ I’m starting with a Kessil A80!

Dosing Tropic Marin All for Reef 2.8ml/day maintaining 9.5~10dKh (Redsea). Xr15 @ 55~45% intensity with modified wwc setting. Nirvana's are regaining color and sps frags encrusting. Overall color of corals are noticeably better. Occassional dosing of Acropower and Fuel per recommended dose. Haven't been consistent. Temperature fluctuates from 74.3~75.5 degrees. Moved tank location that gives indirect sunlight morning and afternoon. Photos taken on pro mode s10+ with polyp lab filter.

Wow. Tank looks really good. I see that you are dosing, are you manually dosing or do you have a doser on line?

Ty! Phones are getting better. The pro mode on galaxy's are pretty good by themselves.
What @Reef. Said. Definitely with you on newer model phones. I took this photo on pro mode on the s10+ I tried several times to get one with the auto mode and no chance. Please excuse my algea. Slowly winning the battle.

Tank temp has been stable at 77 as the weather has been getting warmer in beautiful socal lol. Maintaining 9.5dKh give or take. Been too busy doing alk testing ritually in the mornings. Been spotty 2 to 3 tests/week, but from the looks of it, tanks been quite stable. Changed water (3gal) every other week. Busy busy busy with work and school. Some new inhabitants in my tank. Also got rid of alot of acans to free up space for some new corals. Real estate in the 14g is scarce :( I noticed bryopsis recently and have begun my first ever dose of fluconazole @ 20mg/gallon on Friday 2/14/20. One week after dosing, I will do a 50%ish water change and hopefully bryopsis will have been eliminated :) chaeto doesn't seem to be affected, but the bryopsis growth has been noticeable stunted and have disappeared completely on a few frag plugs. Will update this Friday. Also thinking of preordering the gen5 xr15 blue just for ***** lol. Test sps have been growing but color remains green in a majority of them. Likely from high PO4. Either way, no more sps for me :)

Reading your thread I see I’ve a long way to go on the learning curve, Coral names I have to get to know, and getting on top of a whole new set of parameters.

Tank is looking good, you are making me rethink my scape as I love the space you have, considering chopping the top off my biggest rock.

Your fish camera shy?

I have good and bad news.

The good news is a new addition to the tank which is an eclectus mushroom from an awesome seller on R2R REEFIN4LIFE [emoji106] [emoji106] its been about 2 hours since I dropped it in.

Bad news is I have a growing bubble algae. I dont want emerald crabs in my tank especially after my peppermint shrimps going after my acans, I don't want to risk another disaster. No fish will fit in my tank that can handle the bubble as well since its only a 14g. If anyone has suggestions Please send them my way [emoji120]

I use Vibrant in my tanks and it helps keep the bubble algae under control. It also has live bacteria that keeps the water looking clean and clear.

Update long overdue.

Tank is awesome. Had spike in PO4 up to. 68 after chaeto started melting due to low trace/iron. Used Replenish and chaeto growing like a beast once again. Before this, there was an outbreak of bubble algae due to the spike which is still lingering on.

Now, I will be taking this down and transferring the livestock to my new 37g frag tank. Wooot! Haven't set it up yet, but we will get there shortly. Will post final shots :]
