IM 25 Lagoon wavemaker placement

Curious on ideal placement of wavemaker placement in such a tank. Got an Orbit 2 on the left side pain at random speed (15% max). But seems lot of scape blocks flow/increases it.

Do have a dlw-10 on the way.

Placement will change based on rock, corals, etc. I use a Tunze 6040, as it gives me a few options for placement and flow adjustments. Plus, the magnets (dry side) can be kept in water, so there's no restriction on where you can place it.

I had one MP10 when I had this tank - plenty of flow! Your DLW10 should be fine at 1000gph.
