Decided to upgrade tanks and had my LFS order me an IM 40 Long (believe Pro Fusion 2). It arrived yesterday and I couldn't be happier! I had a ton of fresh Caribsea pieces and decided that arches will be the theme for the tank. I plan on building a euphyllia garden, with some zoas and other small corals thrown in.

Here are some of the Caribsea pieces I have and how I think I'll have them in the tank. I'm sure I'll tinker and end up moving stuff around, but I really like the look so far. I love the dimensions of the tank, it's interesting having 35" of display

Started getting the stand assembled. I must say, I really approve of the stand so far. I've owned 2 Waterbox tanks with stands in the past and those are great as well. But the aluminum that this IM stand is built out of just seems to be a better choice. I was always worried the wooden WB stand would break one day but I'm pretty confident about this one. It also has a "sleek" sort of finish from the metal

Finished the stand earlier this morning. One other thing I'd like to mention is that the IM instruction manual for this was SUCH a help in comparison to the Waterbox manual. When assembling my WB stands, the manual was essentially useless. This was very straightforward and it ended with the stand being very level as well. I constantly stress about stability due to my tank being on the 2nd floor.

Following along, I’m considering this same tank.
I'll be adding water and getting it onto the stand later today and I'll post some pictures. If you want pics/dimensions/info about the tank at all, just let me know!

Tank is on stand, and water added. Absolutely in love with this tank so far. The stock pump is absolutely silent and the dual overflow is great. The AIO space is also HUGE and would be great for a refugium setup. I have a light and may experiment with chaeto/pods in the future
