Hi I have a Helios PTC heater that I bought last year (Nov 16th). I am getting an error code E1. I have cleaned the sensor, disconnected it and reconnected the code still came on, then I unplugged for 5 min and still the same. I know I can order just the sensor on IM website but hoping if it needs replaced that it is covered under warranty. I did just send in an email to warranty asking how I need to proceed but wanted to check on here as well to see if there were any other tricks I’m missing or if it could be something else, like the display unit itself or the heater. I think E1 is the sensor though.. I also disconnected and reconnected the heating elements. Wish I could pick up just the sensor over the next day or so as with the colder weather coming it’s not great timing. The sensor looks in good shape, it’s always been submerged and has worked great for almost a year until today. Any other thoughts or tips?
