IM Hydro Fill ATO pump stopped working...

So I have the IM Hydro Fill ATO pump and its no longer pulling water.

I took it apart, cleaned it all out, but still no luck. The actual motor runs, but its not pulling a vacuum to be able to pull the water up at all. The internals don't look complicated at all, its just two rubber seals, however it just won't pull a vacuum.

Anyone else tried this thing? It has worked flawlessly before this event, now its essentially useless.

Unfortunately it never worked right...I ended up just buying the avast marine ATO
