not sure what this is, I think it is a corlamorph.
 
something tell me Fugia but I could be wrong, the LPS guys would most likely give you the best ID and info.
 
Definitely looks like a short tentacle fungia to me
 
This is a Helio fungia which is a long tentacle plate coral baby...
as the coral grows it will remove itself from the rock.
