IM skimmer for 25g lagoon help!

So Ive had this IM skimmer for a while and stopped using it because it just over bubbles non stop and Ive never been able to figure out how to get it to work properly. Ive lowered the rubber band to make the cup taller and lowered water level as well, but nothing works! Its made for this tank so I dont know what Im doing wrong

Have you used it consistently for a couple of weeks? Some skimmers need a break in period to get all the factory contaminants out. Until then they just bubble over like crazy. After a couple weeks or so they settle in nicely. Cleaning/soaking in clear distilled vinegar can help reduce time a little. Also, not a bad place to start if you have been using it for a while and are having issues.

No ingoing air control? Tweak that also if you have one....close it down abit so not alot of air goes in
