Can someone with experience importing fish help me understand the process better.

I have my import permit, and already have suppliers I’m in talks with. I just want to make sure I know what to expect when the shipment is arranged. Aside from my import permit from the USFWS, I want to make sure I’m not missing anything.
I do not believe anything I’m looking at is on the CITES list.
