Aussies usually have brighter colors. Also, my understanding is that the teeth are distinct between the 2...I think it's that the Aussie's teeth are blue but Indos aren't. Can anyone confirm?

The teeth on mine is blue. All his colors are not showing so well because he just got a FW dip

They can both have blue teeth and vibrant colors. Indos seem to be more orange dominant, while the Aussies have more blue..You can see the blue along the back of @JasonK84 tusk, I have also seen some sold as Indos and as they mature get more blue, but the dominant orange coloring usually says Indo all the way. The OP tusk looks Indo to me.

I think indo... Near the tail fin there should be a lot more blue.... If it blues up after fresh water dip than who knows.... Lol....

I have to say Aussie, because they tend to have red edging on the tail that Indos don't.

Another indicator is cost, with the Aussies going for bigger bucks. What did you pay?
