Started noticing these 1 dots? And white thing on my coral? Is it infected? Advice please?

Have you checked and double checked the tanks water chemistry?
Possibilities: Mesenterial filaments, collection of detritus, tissue loss related to water chemistry. Typically nudibranch are on the underside but you might as well rule that out.
