Hi folks. Been noticing these little ones on my glass. I assume they are baby snails that are somehow being propagated, but thought I’d check here for clarity.

Hard to get a clear pic given they are somehow being propagated small and on the glass:

Relatedly, noticing a bunch of similar small white critters or “dots” on my rock work. Are these the same thing or something to worry about?

Again, pics not easy:

Any thoughts welcome.

I can't really tell from the pictures, but my trochus have had many babies over the last 1 year. Its pretty obvious after a few weeks though as they grow in size if they are snails and you'll see their shell

Collonista are prolific breeders in captivity if you've introduced them at some point, but Trochus can occasionally reproduce in tanks as well. From the number of them in your photos I'm guessing they're Collonista. Mine stay under 1/4" in size, but sources say they can get up to 1/2".
