Can someone please help me ID what this is on the side of my dispar anthia? He's been hanging out on the bottom since I got him last week. Eating a little but not really.

When I see a vertical lesion like that on an anthias, the primary diagnosis is typically Uronema. I hope I'm wrong, as there is no effective treatment for this. Here is an article I wrote on the topic:
