Anyone have any issues with these.
I have mine set to turn on at 80 F and my tank temp right now is at 78.7 and will not kick on the heater. I have checked the heater and it turns on. Both items are Brand New.

If you haven't done so, you will need to calibrate it.

They will drift a little as well from time to time. Checking against a digital thermometer that's calibrated is best.

You must adjust the difference between "true" tank temp and the ink bird. Go to the CA and adjust it up or down for that difference.

I’m a big inkbird fan but I just had one fail, tank got down to 72 deg but the readout said 78.. will no longer hold temp despite resetting/recalibrating.. now I’m nervous having them on my other tanks

Also, it should have a time delay for chiller and a differential setting non-adjustable? , meaning there's a window of temperature swing 1-3 degrees

The lowest setting for swing up or down is 1 degree for heating or cooling.

For cooling I set mine(brand type doesn't matter) to act as a time delay 2 degrees minimum

So I set temp at 77, on at 79

Most chillers preset these settings
