So I had to email IM about a y splitter that broke for my return pump and within a day they replied, my product still being in warranty they took care of me and are sending my a replacement. It's not so much them replacing my product part or not but just the customer service and valuing customers is what stands out to me. So I gotta give them a [emoji106]
