Used water from existing tank and put some bio blocks in back. Added some microbacter7. Put in small amount of nitrocycle I had from Algeabarn. Waiting a couple weeks. Check my levels and then adding clowns. What type of clownfish would you recommend?

To me, I like to see what you would see on a reef. I like the plain jain ocellaris. I like the look of the designers but you wouldn’t see them snorkeling a reef.

The sicce 1.5 is super loud. I know sometimes it takes time to break in but it seems louder than my other tanks and I hate a loud tank. Ordered the new Ai axis which will be good because I like to control flow better

Have the same tank. Decided to use an AI Axis 40. Fits perfectly, and the nicest thing is that it's controllable via Mobius. Super silent. Running it at 30% cause its too much flow.

I also replaced the sicce 1.5 with Ai axis. Have the Nero 3 and Ai blade grow. Might throw the kessil a80 tuna blue also

For what it’s worth, I have a Waterbox 15g with a Kessil a80 and AI glow (not grow). I keep the Kessil color on the higher end which counter-acts the violet and blue on the glow. Provides excellent pop (seriously fantastic) while keeping the daylight look. I keep the AI Glow royal blues around 30%.

I say this because if you’re thinking of adding a grow, you may end up wishing for more pop. I seriously struggled between the glow and grow decision with my A80 primary. So happy I went with glow… it looks fantastic.
