Innovative Marine NUVO APS Stand HELP!

Hey everyone just got the Innovative Marine 75 EXT and am trying to put together the stand. I have no idea what’s wrong but when I try to put the other side door on top (like in the instructions and video) I have a noticeable size gap. It’s basically impossible for me to get it fix into the grove where I’m supposed to lock it. Has anyone ran into this as well? Very frustrating.

I just built an aps stand for my 200 peninsula. I had the same issue and just had to push it into place. Wasn’t easy.

Loosen the other bolts and/or slide down that top cross brace or two or three to allow a little more flex in that horizontal piece so u can pressure it slightly to line up with the vertical door piece. Idea is to give it more play to move. It can be frustrating, worst case loosen and slide down all the cross braces. Good luck!
