Innovative, marine, small nick in Silicone

Bought it used he said he had it set up for quite a while with no leaks. I just wanna make sure I know that the silicone on the external side is basically leftover silicone and the silicone that actually holds the tank together and prevents the leaks is the silicone between the glass. Just making sure it’s full of water and it has it leaked on me. No those are not air bubbles. I think those are just tiny little scratches with the razor blade. Scratch the glass.

Silicone on the outside of the tank should not be a problem as long as the seal between the glass panes is intact.
