Insane glass surfing - what to do ?

The foxface is relatively new (a few months) and hasn’t touched it either. He’s very skittish and scared of it. My wrasse hides also when I put nori on the glass so it’s kind of a pain.

I’ll keep trying, I know it’s important. I put some in their dinner food tonight.

My fish were scared of it too for the first week or so, I use the magnetic clip so it can be pulled down nearer to the mid lower part of the tank ,now they are use to it my tang will choose that over frozen that has just gone in .
If I recall correctly, the foxface diet should be 80% algae .

Oh yes, definitely ! I’m having it done but I will be watching what they do like a hawk and giving instructions, lol !

I was just thinking I need to buy a magnetic clip. The one I have has a suction cup and it’s truly a pita.

It’s still glass surfing, but a little less. It swims around the tank more. Thanks for asking.

The new tank is coming in 2 weeks so hopefully changing the whole set up will reset it !

Glass surfing has stopped. It lasted over 3 weeks.
