if I used some ceramic o ring and 100% established water from DT , will it instant cycle my quarantine tank??

if I used some ceramic o ring and 100% established water from DT , will it instant cycle my quarantine tank??

bateria lives on surface of sand and in rocks and media, so bringing over enough media can give you instant cycle but established water there is no such thing.
Fill you qt tank with new water so you know its not infected and use fritz turbostart 900 for instant cycle.
