interesting flatworm

These flatworms are about 1/8" and float upside down in my algae filter /refugium. They seem to feed on the surface scum. I clipped a cheapo macro lens to phone for this video, for total low budget, it works well!

The video just shows the flatworm moving a little. IDK if this worm is a specialized surface scum eater or it adapted to an available food source. I find it fascinating that a creature could live on surface scum. Other than bacteria and stuff like that.
