Dorvillidae worm. Harmless and considered reef safe (similar to bristleworms in that they can be beneficial as cleanup crew).
That seems right! He survived a dip. I've already removed this one but there was another I didn't get. I'll leave that one.

There's probably more! It's like cars - once you have a certain model then you notice them everywhere...
