Hello, I have this very long gray worm that came with my live ocean rock. It looks smooth and I can't find anything that looks like it online. I’ve seen it on top of the sand but it’s currently underneath. Can anyone id it?

Very tough pic to work with and if you can catch with tongues or spaghetti tongs and take pic but may be a worm known as Lancelet worm which spends most of its time in the sand
