Does size matter? Can one be too big? I have a 38 X 18 X10 frag tank that is not drilled that I am going to drill and put a overflow box in. It is all acrylic. The overflow box and the tank. Also we are drilling the back but where on the back do u drill? close to the water level, close to the bottom of the overflow box or in the middle? TIA for the help!

The longer (think horizontal not vertical) the better IMO for capturing concentrated water and improving downstream skimmer performance.
