Has anyone have a frag sent or receipt one from out of the country locations? im interested in buying some zoas i have seen online, but i live in Costa Rica and they are no where to be found, im also interested in trading some i have with a friend of mine in spain but we have no idea on how to do it..

Customs can be a tricky thing to overcome. That's the main issue when sending things overseas. I'm told things can be kept for up to a week or more before being released by customs as this is far too long for anything we keep in the hobby.
Hopefully someone else has better news for you though!
