Hi Robert, Welcome to R2R! Amazing looking stand! Can’t wait to see what you do with the tank. I look forward to seeing more!

I would do some things differently depending on how you plan on setting it up. If I had to start over I would put different filter boxes in it to help improve flow... link below. And I would make sure you add 2 power heads or wave makers. The normal pump in this tank doesn’t seem to create much suction at the screens on the wall. So it’s going to need the extra movement. I tried putting RFG on the output nozzle and I don’t think it has enough output pressure to make it worth it. I might be looking at upgrading the stock pump soon.Looks good, I plan on getting the same tank soon.
No I’m not yet. My bio load doesn’t warrant it yet. I have one chromis and 4 hermits... still going through the new tank cycle. My diatoms have been growing for a week now, just letting all that level out first before I go crazy with loading it upYeah, I have 2 of those media baskets, 2 powerheads and a stronger return pump on my list. I was thinking the sicce silent 1.5 return, it is 60-70% stronger.
Are you going to use a skimmer?

I put mine in last night and I love it. It’s a little noisy but in my eyes it’s worth it. It does make some sound but it’s nothing irritating, not to me anyway. I also installed the inTank media baskets, huge difference, love them.I’m also upgrading the pump to an innovative marine mighty jet. The mid size,
