Sure. Make sure you supplement it with food if there's not enough algae (etc.) for it. I like a small section of TLF SeaVeggies green rubber banded to a rock.

I've heard that it's a good idea to quarantine them since they can introduce pathogens. I think someone here posted about an outbreak of velvet after adding new inverts.

Everytime we introduce something new to our tanks it may bring in unwanted pests that harm/kill other things in the tank. What else do you have and what do you want to add?

If you are going to QT then you need to always QT or else your are really not QT'ing properly.

In coarser terms, if you are going to have unprotected intercourse you may enjoy it but you may regret it later.

Ah I dont QT inverts honestly. I QT fish when they are not fully QT.

QT, or not QT, is fully your choice.
Anticipating your next question, I don't but I do dip. I also have pests.

I’ve never quarantined inverts nut I do drip acclimate them. My lfs’s coral and invert tanks are on a separate system than their fish.

Thanks for all the help, I think I’m not gonna do quarantine, after all the system it’s been seems to have no pest problems. But I am going to keep a close eye on it.
