I was told with putting Anemones into a well established tank with plenty of corals was a risk due to them swimming and finding their own spots to land and they might sting your other corals. Is this true? If so, is there a special technique to put an anemone in a certain spot?

Yea that's true they sting n kill corals, I think they will move no matter where u place them till they find the right spot also ..

Anemones will move, no matter what they will often move. They do so to find an ideal spot. I've had anemones for a while now, and when they move it's only about 5-6 inches. If you want you could have your main rock to the left, and with sand in between your main rock, and a separate island for the anemone(s). That way they could move all they want, but not near expensive coral.

thanks for the advice! So have separated islands? they wont swim to the other side. This is my tank. how would you arrange the rocks?
They can't swim, they just crawl with their foot very slowly. They will be very reluctant to cross the sand.
Oh ok. Reason i say swim is because i was watching some youtube videos of anemones that detached from the rock and starts floating and using the flow in the tank to travel the distance lol but idk if thats common.
