Hey everyone,

Just wanted to post a quick introduction. I am brand new to the hobby and I am in week 4 of cycling my Fluval 13.5! I have put a few upgrades into it but trying to go pretty slow to absorb as much information as I possibly can before I add any fish.

I am located in Calgary and I have access to a couple good places for equipment and information.

Anyways, like I said I just wanted to throw up a quick introduction. This has been something I have wanted to do for a long time and I am so stoked to learn as much as I can!

Welcome Nixon! Sounds like you're doing it right. Go slow and ask a lot of questions. I think you'll really enjoy the reef life. Glad to see you realizing the dream. Got any pictures of the new tank?
