Hi Everyone,

Thanks for all the help you’ve unknowingly given me already. I decided to start a saltwater tank (Flex 32.5 w stock light and return pump, Hygger 12W powerhead) about 7 weeks ago after a gentle nudge from the Mrs. to try salt tanks. I have a few thriving freshwater tanks and felt comfortable with it. I’ve cycled and have two clowns in it so far. I’ve made a ton of mistakes already and this a very humbling experience. I’m sure I’ll get more humbled as time goes on. I think the hardest thing so far has been creating a rockscape I like (looks like a child used Playdoh to hold everything together but hoping corals and purple putty will blend in w the rocks). My plan is to add a tailspot blenny soon and some soft corals as well. I respond well to constructive criticism and very willing to learn from everyone. Thanks for letting me be involved.

Cheers

I am glad to hear about the Criticism . I have been put on the carpet more than once . . My wife calls my yes MY basement SeaWorld You should be so happy . Get used to mistakes Brother . I think the food id # 1 . I have lost countless fish because of it 17 were not my fault Ignorance played the key reason so I guess it was . The last one 3 weeks ago because I assumed frozen food was ok regardless of Expiration Date NOPE
