Iodine dipping?

Just wondering is there anything special about Lugols Iodine vs Iodine you find in a pharmacy. Getting a new piece in soon and just noticed my lugols has dried up looking for alternatives.

I have been using coral RX for my dips with great results. Not just on new corals but even on corals that seam to get a lil irritation on the tissue. Had a war coral resided in the middle of it and less then a week after the dip it was healed up. Its not cheap though.

I've heard good stuff about the coral RX, might have to grab a bottle thanks.
