bounce shroom is not opening has been expelling zooxanthellae for past 3-4 days after putting him in low flow low light etc all parameters are good no changes so now i want to try a dip as my last stretch before i let him be and try to readjust

A lot of people have been touting chemi clean for a dip for mushrooms. Might be worth a shot for you. The dosing instructions are kinda vague but I have seen two scoops in a cup of water. As far as the iodine both are lugols and I believe are the same just different makers

This is not really an emergency and I am going to remove it from the title.
An example of an actual iodine emergency is "My kid just dumped a whole bottle of Lugols into the tank and everything is closed up".

Lugols solution is a fixed recipe, and I do not think it matters who sells it.

But I do not know whether it is a suitable coral dip. I'd suggest also asking in the coral forum or the main forum.
