If I return the 3G I just bought on May 2nd I probably would incur some big fee for the service contract even if I was just returning to then buy the new version. They get you coming and going. I think we will just upgrade the new phone with the new software version and be happy. I am hoping that works. I will wait until my phone can be upgraded through my service plan which is 12/09. By then I can get an idea if I really need the new phone or not. The other IPhone we just bought will have to do for the service contract. My timing just plain sucked, thats all.

the video upgrade is lame of apple i have been using it for a while on my 3g. apple always tries to make old ideas new. oh and by the way i have iphone 16g and 8g that i would be willing to trade for coral.

oh and 143 gadgets do you have itunes 8.2 i believe you need that for the 3.0
but that can cause problems if you are unlocked or jailbroken:sad:

I saw a "true cost of ownership" comparison for the iPhone, Pre, and BB, and wow, I am definitely rethinking buying any one of them once I can upgrade my phone (or switch carriers).

AT&T folded under the ticked off customer pressure of existing 3G owners... as of today I get this when I check upgrade eligability on apple's site.

Year or more, if verizon continues to be stubborn, longer. It's 100% verizons fault that they don't have the phone.

verizon has been rumored to be adding GSM to their CDMA network, I doubt the iPhone will ever work with CDMA.
