IRS Scam Reminder

Tis the season everyone.... File your taxes, collect a paycheck (hopefully only collect), and get your phone blown up by the "IRS"!
BEWARE of the Indian IRS scams. I've already received 2 calls threatening to put me in jail if I don't pay "what I owe". Please do not fall for any of these calls as they are of course, scams. I have heard people losing hundreds and even thousands of dollars from stealing people's identity or even acceptinf "IRS" payment through apple giftcards.
Please be aware as I'm sure some people still fall for these scams unfortunately

I love the one where the call says that legal action has been filed against me for fraudulent usage of my SS. They call my work number and several people work here and its always a robot calling. so funny but I kinda feel bad for the ones that fall for it. of course being this day and age and all the warnings out there its your own fault for giving info out to any of these companies. I love the app you can download on your phone and make your number seem local anywhere you want, that should be illegal but even Verizon sells it to people
