I need to set up my tank so that if I’m away from my house for more than a weekend, it will not crash. I’d like to set it up using the KZ zeovit system, but that seems to have an increased need for daily non-automated tasks. I’m wondering if it would be possible to work around that by finding ways to automate it’s methods, or if it is simply too demand-intensive a system relative to my current need to be able to depart from my tank at times.

Assuming you can automate the reactor movement- like the discontinued Avast Vibe- you could remove the need to manually pump the tank every day.

Assuming you picked up a set of dosing pumps, I’d imagine you can use them for the bulk of the weekly dosing requirements, but, particularly in a less mature system, I’d assume you’d still need to pay very close attention to water chemistry and frequently alter the dosages slightly based on observation/test results.

What else?
