It's not dead but it's not too happy either :)

1. How old is your tank?
2. What's your water parameters?
3. When did you add this anemone?
4. What other livestock do you currently have in the tank?

You can start by having a look at the four questions further up here- then someone may be able to help you :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:

That is a young tank.
But, do you know your nutrients? Sorry, I see them. What about phosphate? Do you/have you been feeding it?
How large is your aquarium?

Why do you think your tank will crash if it dies?

You should feed your fish more to help your 0 nutrients. This is first step.
What fish do you have?

Not the OP but unfortunately its most likely because that phrase is parroted all over the web including here.
For the OP I have never had a nem death cause a tank crash. I have had nems turn into snotty blobs that fall apart when trying to remove them but other than clouding the water a bit no other ill effects.
The nem does look bad. If it doesn't make it I would suggest waiting until the tank matures before trying again. Also when people ask for parameters they usually mean water parameters such as
pH, salinity, NO3, PO4, calcium, alkalinity, magnesium (not as important) there may be others but these are all I have test kits for
