I got this Firework clove polyp from a LFS , but when I got home it had detached it self from the tiny pebble it was connected to, I was in a rush trying to glue it back to the rock and squeezed it a bit too hard and this mucus came out. I want to give it a few more days because I think I can see some extension. Does it look dead? image.jpg image.jpg

it looks to be on death's doorstep to me, give it a week and you'll have an answer for sure. Definitely don't want to squeeze those guys, they have no skeleton to protect the polyps.
