He was fine yesterday and everything seemed great I have had him for almost two weeks and just hand fed last night for the first time, he has caught residual food from regular tank feedings (mysis) and then today I get this pictures from my GF and she said his mouth is "swollen" and puffed up a little bit. Is this Nem being a nem?

Give it some time, and monitor it for a little bit and see how it behaves tomorrow... if it was eating fine yesterday, it may be nothing and behaving normally. Monitor it to see if there's anything in your tank that's bothering it.
Thanks for the advice!

I would say leave him for a week more, to settle down. Dont try to feed, or move/change things (light, flow, para). If he starts to deflate daily, or quite often, then something must be changed or treat him. As I know btas are tough, so give it some times.
