Is it Blue Green Cyano?

Hi everyone, I have these in my rocks and it looks like Blue Green Cyano to me. I want to make sure before I dose Chemiclean. TIA.

Is it slimy/does it brush off easily? Cyano is usually not so green, could be coralline, especially since it’s fluorescent (which dying coralline does).

yes it brushes off easily but it comes back after a while on the glass and on the rock
