Is it ok that I forgot to shake my bottle of Bio Spira?

Yesterday I added around 2/3 of a bottle of Bio Spira to my 13.5g nano saltwater tank, along with using fish food for an ammonia source. Today I added the remaining contents and after seeing that this liquid was cloudier with texture I realized that I forgot to shake the bottle and am guessing all the bacteria was settled at the bottom. Did this prevent the cycle from beginning and will the bacteria no longer work or will it be fine because all the contents are now in my tank? If not, should I just buy a new bottle and add that? Thanks.

I think the small bottle of bacteria is for up to 40gal. So I think your 13gal has plenty bacteria whether you shook it or not. I wouldn’t worry about it.
