I want to get alerted for redsea and waterbox tanks for the marketplace but only see any option to get alerted for everything in the dry goods sub. Is it possible to narrow things down?

Unfortunately no.

you have to check every day, you can narrow down the search, by state, and also can just type in Red Sea and waterbox separately into the search and select marketplace as your forum search.
